> Single phase cycle
> The bottles, placed into the crate which is automatically loaded, are washed and sanitized through an internal and external rinsing at 85°C (185°F).
    The rinsing arm on top of the washing chamber assures a through cleaning on the external surface of the bottles and the injectors placed on the bottom of the chamber spray directly into the bottles for a perfect rinse.
    The crate is then unloaded from the clean side or collected onto a buffering conveyor.

> In order to support small sizes facilities in washing feeding bottles, Steelco has developed this modular automatic
    system which offers an integrated and flexible solution for bottle treatment. This bottle washer automatically
    washes and rinses up to 18 bottles in a crate for each cycle and different bottle size can be accepted. The space
    needed to fulfill these operations is very restricted and no further support is necessart for the bottle treatment.
